I believe in good posture. It is an expression of wholeness. The body’s structures and surfaces are in unison. There is harmony.
The well-postured body is prone, equal parts generous and receptive.
Posture is aspirational, yet within reach. It just takes discipline and patience. To stand with good posture is to make the body indivisible. To move with good posture is to move without conflict.
It is about balance, not strength. Balance is what allows the body to present itself such as it is. Nothing is obscured or denied from the whole.
Focus on breathing. Every breath is an affirmation.
